Recommended Dosage
As a supplement for digestive health we recommend taking 2 capsules per day for a total dose of 800 mg. It’s not necessary to take these directly before a meal if taking them daily, consistent usage will ensure enough enzymes are available to help digest the meals you eat. If you find the recommended dosage to be insufficient the daily dosage can be increased to 3 or 4 capsules, but we don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day.Digestive Enzymes Side Effects
When taken at normal doses side effects are rare and include diarrhea, abdominal cramping, or nausea. If you experience these side effects we recommend reducing the dosage or discontinuing use of the product. It's not recommended using Digestive Enzymes if you’re taking any diabetes medications or blood thinners as there can be adverse interactions between some of these drugs and digestive enzymes.
